  • Email MLS link to seller & agent to review and approve.

  • Submit required documents to broker for compliance.

  • Review executed contract and addendums for completion; obtain missing signatures.

  • Introduction email with key transaction dates and signed documents to all seller, title company, lender and agents.

  • Secure earnest money and option receipt; notify seller and all agents.

  • Provide survey/T-47, obtain all buyer signed disclosures.

  • Manage critical deadlines with timely reminders.

  • Ensure HOA documents are delivered.

  • Update MLS status as required.
